The scope of Architects Ink’s Asset Management Division is extensive. We are able to offer over 10 years of experience in the industry and are experts at identifying and implementing the right Asset Management solutions for every business.
What We Currently Do
We are one of the preferred Asset Management companies for the South Australian Government, Local Governments and selected private entities. The areas that we receive majority of our work are; Public Schools, TAFE, Police Stations, Court Buildings, Government Maintenance Depots, National Parks and Government Employee Housing. We also offer full Architectural services.
The tasks that we carry out on the above departments are:
- Survey of assets and generation of re ports
- Capture of on site data and condition assessments
- Site survey and measure, providing a comprehensive or basic plan as required
- Drafting of accurate site and floor plans
- Generation of asset management registers
- Updating of asset management registers
- Preventative maintenance schedules and report
- Machinery audits (ie. Usable items (technical workshops) as used for insurance purposes)
- Bushfire assessments audits (protection of properties against bushfires)
- Creation and tailoring a suitable asset management package for new clients and providing custom made data bases to suit.
- Creation of asset management systems for the entry of captured data
- We are able to link into the clients existing asset management system to work on data entry (such as SAMIS)
- Provide Asset Management software (HardCat) as preferred by us.
- Cost assessments, evaluation including breakdowns of replacement costs
- Provide improved on site asset control (for example, adding barcodes or serial numbers to existing assets as part of the audit)
- General & Equipment audits
- Graphics and imaging (digital images for reports or for photographic records)
